It's tough to nail them down, because on the one hand I think they have a lot in common with the better 80s revival bands (most specifically Direct Control), but the production (particularly the blown-out vocals) kind of reminds me of something that Youth Attack would put out. If you can imagine like Vile Gash or the Repos playing Direct Control covers, that's sort of what this sounds like (i.e. it's awesome). Definitely one of the best demos I've heard in the past few months.
